@geoffreypayne2866 - "Bipartisan" is TOTAL BS - no where else in the world does the party that one the election for the lower house, the upper house, the residence, the lower house again have to even ASK the party that lost what they think - let alone have their approval. It a stupid system and it DOES NOT WORK, cos the party that last would just block the party that won to make them look bad. OH that's exactly what happens you the USA.
