BTW - My friend sent a video of driving in Wisconsin yesterday - the highway was totally shot, I could not hear her talk over the banging and crashing as she drove over the cracks and holes and patches. This was my first glimpse of what its like over there, its really bad. Not quite Africa bad, but Russia level bad.
