  1. 42ºC / 108F HERE LAST WEEK managing the heat is a FULL TIME JOB. Boards up at all the windows, curtains were drawn, 6 or 8 cols showers a day, 3 sets of clothes rotating them cos they were soaked through with sweat, your entire day was spent managing the heat. The BIG problems were 1) Wet and cold spring meant everything was still green so very high humidity 2) not cooling down over night, 30ºC at 5am

  2. AH you might have hit the reason I feel like total sh!t after a week of very high heat here in Europe - might be low on salt..!!!
