  3. WALES IN THE UK are rolling out a UBI experiment - Wales gave the UK the NHS and many other very good things. So lets hope this is a success...

I HAVE A FORM OF UBI i get a passive income of $600 a month from the books I have published and it has TRANSFORMED MY LIFE* But it was only possible cos my sister covered my living expenses for 2 years whilst I wrote my first book - EVERYONE should be given this opportunity *I live in Bulgaria so $600 is a livable amount - just.
