3 LESSONS MMA SYNDROME My sister is 4th Dan MMA fighter/teacher with her own academy - they see this all the time... People learn a few moves, have a tiny bit extra confidence and want to take on the world for all the hurt and humiliation they have previously suffered.

@voiceofreason4113 - Exactly. And the core of any martial art is not to BE that person, its a spiritual practice as much as a physical one. BUT they learn to do a roundhouse kick before they learn to be enlightened...
