AS A EUROPEAN my sister is teaching her child the TRUE American history and there is a genuine problem - American history is so exceptionally vile its genuinely hard to teach to kids. I mean she is British and had to do the TRUE history of the British Empire - that was grim, but it has nothing on American history. She is up to the Catholic schools beating the Indians out of the native American kids and killing them.
