  1. I HAVE LONG COVID every time I mention it online I get a bunch of nut jobs telling me its cos of the vaccine I took... Im not vaccinated. I had covid at the very beginning in Jan 2020 and had it 3 times before the vaccine was developed and had long covid and it was agreed I probably would not benefit from the vaccine. But 100% of nut jobs KNOW for 100% sure - its the vaccine that caused it in me.

  3.  @elkeve2742  - Hi Im British living in Bulgaria. Im not getting a lot of help recovering but that's not a reflection on the healthcare here which is very good. No one knows what is truly causing this so the attitude here tends to be, "lets not mess about and make things worse until we know what we are doing" So its very much a case of managing the symptoms. My advice to you is DO NOT overdo it as you feel better. I think that was my mistake, felt great so started back at the gym etc and I seem to have damaged my self with that - people with ME report the same. I could having a Garmain Venu SW fitness watch very useful - it has a "body battery" function that is remarkably accurate, you can see if yo are overdoing it and avoid a crash. GOOD LUCK.
