  1. I'm British, living in Bulgaria, lived in France - visited every country in Europe just about - the French are the bread people. Its just the way it is. You want a sausage or a reliable car - you Germans are the guys. You want something invented in a garden shed then its us Brits. But for bread, you have to go to France.

  2. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU...!!! Im British - I live in Bulgaria, the poorest country in the EU. We don't really have homeless people here. Yet we do in my home country, LOTS of them. Homelessness is a government decision. You can choose to have homeless people, or you can choose not to. its not a cost thing. It's to terrify the low-paid into not complaining about their sh!tty jobs.

Selling £1 of shares in company A and buying £1 of shares in company B counts as £2 of GDP. In reality its ZERO £0 of GDP. Its meaningless and contributed nothing to the economy.
