  7.  @thedubwhisperer2157  AND - the more you suck out, the fewer molecules there ARE to suck out. You are pulling on nothing and you have to keep pulling on nothing because the tiniest tiniest leak is a lot of air molecules. Your pump might be moving 1 molecule per revolution cos you are getting closer and closer to nothing. I mean they might have only recused it to say -10psi. But a 1" hone sone guy drills in the pipe with a cordless Makita is going to make that impossible
