  1.  @0QualityOverQuantity  -well its about managing the heat and the cold - the UK has no experience / knowledge of this. I live in Bulgaria, it -10ºC every winter and +40ºC every summer here and I have no AC and no heating - its a 1960's communist-era apartment block with passive heating and cooling. Im sat typing this with the windows open, but around 10.00am they will be closed and the thick curtains drawn until 4.00pm. [The modern buildings have thick insulation and Tripple glazing cos that's cheaper than passive heating and cooling. I]

  4.  @smallbeginning2  Ah - Australia - the worst climate polluting country per capita in the world. Yeah - I dont think we should take advice from Australia on how to deal with climate change. CO2 per Capita Australia 15.22 metic tons CO2 per Capita in my country that gets to 45ºC most summers 7.11 metic tons
