  3.  @mateuszsniezawski3422  - OK - vaccination first. We had 3 general elections in 1 year that did not produce a government at the exact time the vaccination became available - so we literally DID NOT have a government and it was a total utter shambles. I was trying to get a vaccination - I went to several pharmacies, they had no idea. I went to the hospital - the receptionist said she did not know, then a woman overheard and said "OH come at 1.00pm here they are coming to do them" - I did and I got vaccinated. So total lack of any vaccination program or good information and the Russian troll farms and misinformation was NOT countered by a government program. Generally, the population are pretty anti-Russian full stop. The rich Russians come here for holiday and they are total a-holes. I even know Russian people that claim to be Ukrainian and this was before the war. Refugees - they seem to be doing a lot to try and help, there were lines of people volunteering at the Red Cross when I took clothes for the refugees. I hope this is helpful.
