IN A COUNTRY WITH NO WRITTEN CONSTITUTION that relies on the "good chap" principle it is a literal constitutional crisis when the guy at the top is proven to be a criminal, a liar, a law breaker and anything BUT a "good chap" This is not about cake or parties, this is about the FUNCTIONING OF THE GOVERNMENT. What happens when Bojo employs a private security firm to detain journalists and instructs the Met Police not to investigate??? There either IS accountability or there is NOT accountability - its not a grey area

@electric4577 Yep - I've read it. It's mostly about fishing weirs. And it grants some rights to 9 rich guys. This idea that its the "foundation of the British constitution" is just a romantic fantasy. there is not one either, there are 6 versions of it as it kept having to be reconfirmed. Its more important in mythology than reality.

@OptimisticHominid Paid Tory troll in India or somewhere - have a look at all the anti Labout comments on here - they are all spelt really badly. I mean "Liebour" is NOT a typo is it, its not that your finger has hit the wrong key - that is someone with NO IDEA how we spell Labour. E and I are 5 keys apart on the keyboard. That is someone trying to spell Labour phonetically in a 2nd language. Its the sort of mistake I make every day cos I'm English living in Bulgaria - is it "sidgky" or "sijky" or "sijkie"
