@tytzup5397 - Well I'm an author on psychology and I can say with some confidence that Biden is not insane. He is a little slow with age and he is pathetically ineffective as a president. He has passed almost NOTHING, his presidency is a total failure and this is what he is distracting from. I think it was disgusting the way he was installed over the much more popular Sanders by the corporate donors of the sold-out Democratic party. He is many bad things, but he's not insane.

@Lee Hayman - The only talk of war is in the UK and the USA... The two countries with massive domestic problems.
