  1. THIS IS A FAILING OF AM3RIC4N SOCIETY in my country that kids would have had a dozen neighbours who talked to him and cared about him. Every school has a child psychologist on site, large schools have one for every 300 kids, meeting and talking with them is just part of school life for our kids. The kid literally wrote a note begging for help, and as a society, YOU FAILED HIM...!!!

  8.  @drippycity4135  BAD parents are a fact of life. In a functioning society, the community looks after the children and the local and state governments provide professional services. Being a parent is too big of a job for any two people, even the well-intentioned and especially if they both have to work, this is why the birth rate in the US is 0.8 children per couple. I will never defend these utterly terrible parents, but Am3ric4n society is built around the cult of self and the worship of money. I dont have kids, but I know every child in this apartment block and they know me, they ask me for help with things, I teach them English. I talk to them if they are having a cry.
