  1. I now live in Bulgaria. Here is is culturally unacceptable to waste food. If you are throwing it away you wrap it and put it out for other less fortunate people or for people to take for their dogs. You DO NOT waste food. I like this.

  2.  @Stroporez  - I live in Bulgaria and a van comes around with home made cheese and butter from their own cows that live on the hills and eat grass. IT IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT the butter. It is nothing like the block of solid oil you buy in the supermarket - its more like a food, a thing you would just eat a chunk of with an apple. Sadly he has not been around for several months... Im hoping the authorities have not got to him for breaking some legislation...

  3. IVE LIVED IN BULGARIA 12 YEARS I try every day to speak Bulgarian, tried every method known to man to learn Bulgarian... I'm just f-king useless at it. They are NOT separate in my head, they are just different English words for the same thing as far as my brain is concerned. They are 100% interchangeable so my sentences are just English with 50% to 90% Bulgarian words. I can do maths in my head in BG and Eng at the same time cos they are NOT different languages to me.

  8. MY JOB IS HELPING PEOPLE RECOVER from severe depression and abuse - the first thing I get them to do is STOP being a vegan or vegetarian if they are. I'm sorry, I like furry animals, but a diet based on plants is a depressive diet. Why do you think a disproportionate % of my clients are vegan???

  10. GARDEN GROWN VEGETABLES locally reared meat, locally made cheese, butter, olive oil, zero sugar zero processed foods - that has been my diet for the last three years... I have NEVER felt better - I have long covid, and I still feel generally better than when I used to eat a processed food diet.
