  1.  @DMKRP  The problem for Tate is the EU law was changed in 2010 to include " "instigating, aiding, abetting or attempting to commit the offence carries a mandatory minimum of 10 years"" Bragging on the internet that its what you do and telling other people how its done - EVEN if its a lie, still carries a 10 year sentence as you are "instigating, aiding, abetting" other people to do it. This is not the USA where you can go on and incite criminal acts [Jan 6] and get away with it. Bragging about it on the internet in a way that will encourage others to do it si a 10 YEAR prison sentence

  2.  @DMKRP  - I live a few hundred miles from Bucharest and I have an ex girlfriend that was sex trafficked at 16 - its is way too horrific for me to even describe here cos the post would just be immediately taken down. anyway, I can read Romanian and Bulgarian and I have an active interest in the sex trafficking legislation and activities.

I MAY HAVE PLAID A PART IN THIS I saw the pizza box in the video yesterday, got the number of the company and asked my friend in Bucharest* to call the shop and get his address - just for sh!ts and giggles. She said "NO Ill call the police" I had NO IDEA he was wanted by the police...!!! EDIT - update, just spoke to my friend - she was going to call the police today cos it was late, she is unbelevably happy tata has been arrested - but my 15 minutes of fame were not real

  6. THE ROMANIAN POLICE HAVE SEIZED HIS CARS - ANDREW TATE IS NOW VERY GREEN - HE OWNS NO CARS this is standard here - they seize all expensive possessions as "proceeds of crime" - you then have to prove on top of your innocence in the criminal case that they were obtained with legal money

He is initially held on a 24 hour arrest warrant, this may be extended to 72 hours. He is NOT "was not arrested but only a witness" this is total copuim. HE IS THE TARGET of a moths long sex trafficking investigation. They have been waiting for several weeks to arrest him, but he has been out of the country - the pizza box was confirmation he was in Romania cos that is a local pizza company in Bucharest with like 20 stores. I'm sorry to inform you - he has been targeted by the "Men In Black" - this is incredibly serious, these guys are only used for MAFIA or Terrorist OR International Sex Trafficking. Its the INTERNATIONAL part that means almost life imprisonment.
