AS A 53 YEAR OLD HAPPY GUY this is my take - LIFE IS A CONSTANT BATTLE TO REGULATE DOPAMINE LEVELS The more exciting stuff you do - like sleep with multiple women - the more you NEED to do it to keep up the dopamine levels cos the receptors down-regulate and you end up a drug-addicted, sex-addicted, conflict-addicted, gym-addicted wreck. The truth about life is a boring life with SOME occasional fun is way more rewarding than a high-intensity life.

TBH - THEY ARE WAY LESS CREEPY than I thought they would be - and they seem to actually agree on a lot more than I thought they would... I think it was strangly productive for all of them.

@sensid-iwnl-5201 - I'm an author on psychology and the collapse of civilisations. I'm also late diagnosed autistic. And I literally never thought of it - it makes total sense.
