  1. AT 50 YEARS OLD I decided i really SHOULD read Karl Marks Das Kapital - so I bought the summary version as you do... I was 9 PAGES IN and I realised my entire life believing in capitalism was based on LIES AND PROPAGANDA. Capitalism is so idiotically flawed as a concept that you need to be brainwashed from birth to believe in it. If you HALVE the price of things through competition the capitalist needs to sell 2X for the same profit... 1 PLANET of resources CAN NOT = infinite expansion.

  2. @HoboMaster - IVery true. Only that corporations are now getting bigger than countries. So the model is shifting somewhat. But what you describe is most perfectly seen in the USA and the UK. As a market gets saturated in the USA it then moves to the UK and consumes the available market there. The less like the USA, the greater the cultural difference and the bigger the language barrier the longer and harder it is for the transistion. I live in Bulgaria now and its STILL a nice place - like the UK used to be 40 years ago. Local shops and busy high streets.
