  1. MY DOG IS MISERABLE EVERY DAY I used to run 5km a day with her. I now walk 500m with a walking stick. I had covid 18 months ago. I have long covid which has destroyed my life. I was hyper fit. I was 90kg of muscle - I'm now 90kg of FAT. I used to sprint up the 16 flights of stairs to my apartment for fun. I’d written a book on how to get fit over 40 and I was preparing for the photoshoot in April 2020. I was in the top 0.1% of people for fitness and health, now I walk with a stick. Thank god I am a self-employed author cos there is no way on earth I could do an 8-hour workday... People think if they don't die they will be fine - NO, if you get Long Covid your life is totally screwed - and I have NO IDEA how long this will go on for - another 6 months - another 6 years or the rest of my life??? GET VACCINATED - there was no vaccine for me, I had NO CHOICE in this - you DO…!

  4. @June Miller - Thanks. I would give anything to swap this for a vaccination. I was talking with my sister yesterday and literally said "I just have to accept life will be like that of an old man for now, maybe for ever, I ONLY do what I can do very easily - never over exert myself..." The mental health aspect is the hardest - a life of being a strong fit person. My trousers I bought in feb this year are 6 inches too small. My waist has gone from 33" to 40"
