I moved to a bike and walking and public transport oriented city 5 years ago. I gave my car away 6 months ago cos I was not using it and I LIVE IT. We have brand new $1.5 million electric bendy busses that are like a spaceship inside and so smooth there are no handrails, you dont need them. I know how lucky I am and I dont take it for granted.

AS A EUROPEAN I simp;y love to hear American complain about the UNBELIEVABLE LOW government subsidised price of gas in America We have been paying an unsubsidized $8 a gallon for 15 years and its $12 a gallon in most of Europe right now...
