  1.  @-AnyWho  - This is DEFINITELY an American thin cos here in Bulgaria induction units are now incredibly cheap. A built-in induction hob is $315 starting price. It was not easy for me to look up the cost of a stove as my Bulgarian is not that good. But a built in electric oven starts at $180 so that is a total of $495. So you guys are getting screwed over bigly.

I could not use induction as all my pans are copper and I was not getting shut if them, so when i moved to a place with no gas a year ago I got the latest halogen - I'm not saying its as good as induction but its amazing. You turn it on and it is INSTANT and the control is precise. If I want to leave a stew on slow cooking at 82ºC that's what it stays at and I have literally checked with a digital thermometer cos Im sad....
