  1. I was slipping into a diabetic comer outside a dirt cheap motel in Bulgaria, two guys helped me and called an ambulance. They must have been 6 feet 7 and 400lb each, shaved heads, covered in home made tattoos, I would have crossed the road to avoid them in any other circumstances. They stayed with me till the ambulance arrived - 45 minutes cos we were in the middle of no where, they waved away the works minibus and lost a days pay. When the ambulance arrived one of them picked me up and carried me like I was a toddler in his arms to the ambulance. I've never seen them again but I owe my life to them. I didnt know I was diabetic, my pancreas had stopped working due to an infection. Decent humans come in every shape size and colour.
