  1. COULD YOU IMAGINE if you are the Chinese Govt or the Russian Govt and you DIDNT get your spies to copy the document - and they were in a pool house with no lock on the door... How do we know they DID get them - cos there has not been a sudden set of suspicious deaths of high-ranking Russian or Chinese intelligence officials. So yeah 100% the Russians and the Chinese have them.
