  1. YEP I had an employee like that, and he was weird. Brilliant on paper, brilliant at the interview, just created endless problems in the most bizarre ways imaginable. He said he had gone to University in Switzerland, when I checked with the uni he had attended a 2 week program that he never finished. I called his employer in Cyprus who had a very long story - he had bragged about the "unliving" of a tourist, which he had been arrested for but not charged cos he had NOT done it - the deported him of the island.
