  3.  @stirlingfletcher7040  - No thats true, but they only have to get 51% to do stuff don't they? They don't have to get 60% like they do in the US Senate. Could you imagine if you had to get 60% to pass anything in DE??? Then the nutter parties would be able to block anything they wanted.
