  1.  @BlackCatAlley23  A friend of mine is IT director for a very large US hospital chain, they got a new CEO about 2 years ago and he is obsessed with expansion and cost-cutting. They have been there 33 years and they now hate their job - 2 more years until they retire and they are counting down the days - literally. Everything is about lowering cost, outsourcing every service possible to get rid of staff and lower costs. They can no longer keep the medical staff, the turnover is about 18 months for a nurse. They are convinced its going to collapse, just hoping its after they retire.

  3. THE BOLD DO NOT HOLD THE DOOR IN the bolts stop the door moving UP - there are 12 "lugs" and 2 "cups" that hold the door in place, the door has to move UP 1.5" to clear these... The bolts stop the door moving UP - just ONE bolt will stop the door. The only pressure on the door upward is the two hinge springs, a pencil in the hole would stop the door moving up. The bolts have to be MISSING [come undone and slid out] to allow the dor to move upwards and then clear the locking lugs and pop out
