  2.  @Oh-Duh  YES its really crappy to say. I get the bus every day cos my city no longer really allows car usage. I just paid €10,200 as my share of the building insulation program. Its 90F and I have no AC. We have solar panels on the roof and wind catchers on the apartment block to provide cooling. We do ALL THIS and we watch Americans denying climate change and driving V8 Trucks... The average American emits 7 X the CO2 that I do. How do you want us to feel...???
