Ive had some amazing employers. When I was emigrating I gave my employer 6 months' notice to get a new person, I trained them up to do the job. I was only contracted to give 2 weeks. It works both ways.

@StillLivinginthewoods - There are many forms of unpaid labour. People looking after elderly parents for example. "I'm not sure what male vs female has to do with it though. " Ask your wife, she will explain it to you.

There are 110,000 additional laws in Alabama as an example... There are 37,000 total in my country. I have 500Mbps fibre optic internet for $7.72 a month - we have had fibre nationally for 10 years - you guys have it in about 6 places and a guy was telling me this morning he pays $50 for 75mbps.
