As a guy in Europe where everyone grows food not flat grass Id like to say 2 things 1) YES 2) HAHAHAHHHHAHAAH Americans planting food instead of eating sugar filled sugar pizza - that is so funny I literally had this discussion the other day with my friend in Utah who is in a legal fight with her homeowner's association - they have a water crisis but she is legally obliged to waste water on her grass. She said if she is going to waste water from lake Mead she will grow vegetables and they said they will take legal action if she does. I totally agree with you - but America is just way too messed up for sensible action like growing food
