"The average life span was like 30 years old! " NO IT WAS NOT this is a total misconception - people have always live to about 65 - 70 years old except in the industrial revolution where people DID die at 30 to 35. The 30 year average lifespan was from a study of bodies including infants - high infant mortality massively reduced the age. If you made it to 5 you would likely live to 65. And they were generally healthier than we are, we are actually VERY VERY unhealthy - we just have the medication to keep us alive. Im an author on psychology and the collapse of civilisations.

@demuskumarius QUOTE "The average life span was like 30" he is making the assumption that everyone makes that you won't live much past 30 and that is just NOT true. And it was ONE study with a large number of infants in it. In ONE study the statistical average length of life was 30. But the adults were 65 to 70 and the infants were 0 - 3. so "The average life span was like 30" is utterly meaningless isn't it???

@keesdevreugd9177 NOPE its not even close to true, they have exceptionally good dental, vastly better than we have today as they have zero sugar and almost no carbohydrates in their diet. Go look up the teeth of Neolithic people - they are incredibly good. I mean shockingly perfect. Tooth decay is not really a thing until the Roman times and then it takes off big style in the 17th-century with access to sugar. The biggest single killer of Neolithic people was infant mortality - after that old age. Most diseases come from living in close proximity to animals, they didn't so they were pretty disease free.
