As a European I am not a huge fan of America - but there is one thing that America leads the world in and that is LOGISTICS. If you want a lot of stuff moving from A to B - get the Americans. I think it comes from your settler waggons going out west - you had to take everything with you and rely on the next delivery to stay alive. I think this mindset has stuck with you. In Europe - there was always a village you can call in to. You had to take the village with you. And its just in your nation's psyche to value logistics.
