Last year in my apartment block 2 young police officers were helping an old and very frail lady to an ambulance whilst the medics had their bags. They had brought a chair and every few years they let her sit down. They never rushed her. They were so unbelievably polite, they let her maintain her dignity. They asked me politely if I would help by bringing the chair. The old lady did in hospital - but they absolutely allowed her ti have her last trip with the dignity she deserved. I took the time to write to the police station cos if no one praises this behaviour, these guys will turn into the nasty arrogant shits that the two police em who live in our block are. Everyone hates these too and they hate everyone. This happened in Bulgaria where I live now. We don't have the problems you have, but the older cops here are f-ing shits.
