ITS ACTUALLY VERY DIFFICULT to explain to an American HOW CRAZY you look to the rest of the world, cos you live with it and that normalises it... Imagine if almost every European kept a 1000lb Bull in their living room, and every single day bulls accidentally killed our kids. And some kids took the bull to school and it killed and tramples 5 ot 10 kids. And other took the bull to a church and it killed 20 people. And each year 30,000 were killed by bulls. BUT 30% of the population almost literally got a hard-on over bulls!!! >>> They LOVED bulls and took their bull everywhere, even though it terrified other people. And no matter how many people the bulls killed, it was in our CONSTITUTION that we could keep a tell trained cow for milk. But the right-wing nut jobs insisted that a 1000lb psychotic bull was the same as a well-trained cow for milk. so we just accepted our children being killed by bulls cos there is nothing we can do to stop it.
