@darrellmadden6874 YES I am a communist - its why we have nice things and you live in a collapsing hyper-capitalist s-h-!-t hole. My rent is fixed at $150 a month cos its a % of my salary and I work part-time, so my rent goes down 😀 EDIT - why do I rent? Cos you cant buy a beachside apartment otherwise only the rich could live here, they are owned or controlled by the municipality - communism baby.
