  1.  @bobthetroll  - And one he had unjustly shot the first guy he, by extrapolation of logic, is an active criminal shooter. Does a mass killer only get charged for the 1st death - after that, he can claim all the others [people that try and stop him] are just self-defence. If you murder someone, you can NOT then claim self-defence when someone tries to stop you. Here in Europe, there would be no case here, illegally possessed weapon. NOTHING you do with an illegally possessed weapon is legal. Do target shooting - discharging an illegal weapon - criminal offence. He would be pleading guilty in Europe.

IM A GUY IN EUROPE i watched an hour live yesterday - I WAS UTTERLY HORRIFIED - the judge is BLATANTLY trying to get the guy acquitted - IT HAS TO BE A MISTRIAL The prosecution got YELLED AT for shaking his head at an answer...!!! The judge is blatantly a right-wing sympathiser of the defendant.
