BTW: HE IS LYING - IT IS NOT A REGULATORY ISSUE the system was not able to navigate the Chinese road system, especially multi lane roundabouts, and masses of scooters and bikes. It was also not able to cope with China's variable speed limits - may countries have different speed limits for different weather conditions and traffic levels - so people were getting up to 7 speeding tickets a day...!!! I watch Chinese news each day - it was a big issue over there that the FSD was a dangerous joke of a system. They don't have :"social credit scores" that's a CIA propaganda thing - but they do get big fines for traffic violations, so 7 fines in a day might be like you getting 7 X $1000 speeding tickets
