OK - I have good news for you in a weird way. You think its all starting to collapse, but actually, the Am3ric4n empire has ended. Im not sure when but about 4 or 5 years ago is my guess. Pulling out of the Iran nuclear deal was a big moment, Biden stealing Russias $USD forex reserve was definitely a massive event. Anyway - collapses usually last 15 to 20 years before they bottom out and the green shoots of recovery start. You FEEL like maybe in 5 years things will start to collapse but actually, you are 5 year INTO the process already, so you only have 10 to 15 years to go before recovery starts - and it WILL start, it always does. So set your stall out - no spending for the next 10 years - drive an old VW Deisel and keep it maintained, dont take any credit, buy second hand, make friends with neighbours, grow vegetables if you have a garden, if you have 1st floor doors and windows get bars on them. I live in Bulgaria now - they went through it here after the USSR collapsed and they got through it - so will you.

And the political parties did... The data showed the GOP they would be demographic-ed out of existence in a couple of decades. It also showed the GOP that stup!d badly educated people - amazingly - voted for them. Voted AGAINST their own interests, as blue-collar workers and for the GOP. So the GOP started to breed their own supporters. They systematically defunded education - in 1976 education was 5.7% of GDP. In 1983 it was 3.4% Some of the specific changes they made were to STOP teaching critical thinking skills, skills that ALLOW people to spot a lie. And it was wildly successful. Am3ric4 now has an uneducated subclass of 35% id!ots and it is enough to swing elections.
