  1. THAT THUMBNAIL IS SO SAD as are the stories of the first few people in the comments... I live in Bulgaria now - the poorest country in the EU - we don't really have homeless people, the state houses them - oh and income tax here is a flat rate 10%... Its amazing what you can do when you are not paying for the worlds most oversised military and endless wars...
