His whole life is a lie

The implications of this are terrifying, no one cares because they caught a rapist, but it’s seriously scary that an armed agent of the state can just pull you over for a bike reflector and force you to identify yourself, put you through facial recognition, etc.

@zyncwargaming179 I can’t imagine being this naive “The state should be able to do whatever it wants because they will only do it to stop bad guys!” How old are you like 14?

That’s ok you can get a real man to beat the game for her while you watch

@Fizius we get it bro she got work done and you don’t like it so you bring it up every chance you get 🤣
6
@AliceBowie They are angels for being that patient with him

Do you ever think it’s weird how the only people who don’t think the chiefs get officiating help are chiefs fans?

@hamj297 Yep and so what if you are a “criminal”? Who do you think the “criminals” were during the red scare? Who do you think the “criminals” are during a strike or protest? You live in a police state that imprisons more people than any country in the world, with a history of violent crackdowns on citizens…and you’re saying “who cares if the cops can force me to identify myself on sight and use their big brother facial recognition tech on me? What could possibly go wrong bro?” See the problem here?

His powers remind me of the prototype guy

Butcher was goona ease him into and she went way too hard

@TheForneveralone “You don’t think that citizens should have to bend over and spread their cheeks on demand for the cops? Sounds like you’re a bad guy 😏. I am very smart.”

@hamj297 Making it a procedure doesn’t make it any less bad, in fact that kind of makes it scarier.
1
@tzitzitzitzi1584 You completely missed the point

@hamj297 I can’t imagine being this oblivious to everything going on around you. You are completely oblivious to the dangers of living in a police state, probably because you are privileged enough that it doesn’t affect you so the extent of your thoughts is “I’m a good little boy so nothing bad will happen to me!” You never notice your chains until you actually try to unshackle them. You don’t seem to understand that the problem isn’t identification existing, it’s how we allow law enforcement to use and enforce these identification systems. Facial recognition can be, and is used to crack down on and punish dissent. “Papers please” policies of demanding identification from citizens during random stops or at checkpoints are used to enforce police states all throughout history.
1
@hamj297 Paranoid about what? You live in a country that runs a global military empire abroad, and enforces a police state with more prisoners per capita than anyone else in the world. You just don’t care because it doesn’t affect you personally.

I understand why people think this is “for science” but that’s just not really how science works. Doing experiments like this on one single person tells us pretty much nothing, what works for Brian doesn’t mean it works for the majority of people, he’s not doing actual studies, there is no control group vs test group, there’s no control for variables…etc. you can’t do any of this on just 1 person and expect to learn much.

@mewgiah8057 Butcher killing Neuman was surprising, Ryan killing Mallory was surprising, Annie being a shifter was also pretty surprising, season 4 definitely did not feel like filler, and I just don’t agree with your take on Homelander. He gets more interesting every season. Homelander has been a satire of Trump and the American right wing since like season 2, so if that bothers you the show may not be for you.

@umcara3784 I’m not sure if I agree based on how he treats Ryan

@theyoungKapitalist I mean tek knight was tortured and it was played for a joke, welcome to the boys

Hughie was smooth with how he saved it though

@guadalupe8589 Yes exactly, like most billionaires, he's a completely narcisstic fraud who constantly lies. Also, unless your dad has a musk family emerald mine in south africa, you aren't going to be rich either.
1
@guadalupe8589 “how dare you disrespect his highness sir? I will have you know my lord is very wealthy!” 🤡
