  1. I understand why people think this is “for science” but that’s just not really how science works. Doing experiments like this on one single person tells us pretty much nothing, what works for Brian doesn’t mean it works for the majority of people, he’s not doing actual studies, there is no control group vs test group, there’s no control for variables…etc. you can’t do any of this on just 1 person and expect to learn much.
