We've figured out how to not only put together what you're reading this on right now, but how to make it fit into a pocket and be available in more places than not via radio and relays that we literally have up in orbit. We've gone from crystal sets and crude AM radios with tubes in them to THIS in 100 rears and mainframes to smartphones in only 30 years, yet we are still using the same fuel technology that we used back in the days of the Model T?

Someone saying "I saw John murder Jane" under oath means nothing at all if there is no evidence of there having been a murder, thus such things are not admissible without actual evidence to back them up. If there is a body and John has Janie's blood on his possessions, that's different. There is no body nor even blood. You have nothing. Congress had the transcript of the call as well as obvious obstruction of justice via live TV.
