Does that mean that someone's who's pregnant can't be deported because the "baby" is a US citizen? Does that mean that someone's who's pregnant can't be incarcerated because the "baby" can't face trail? Keep in mind that you say "the unborn has [sic] rights". I'll give you a hint; the SCOTUS found the idea of the so called "unborn" having rights to have so little standing that they wouldn't bother hearing a case about exactly that, and..yes, the same exact SCOTUS that overturned RVW. You keep claiming that "killing" something that can't think at all is somehow this horrible thing while at the same time using it as an excuse for something that is truly horrific (i.e. forced birth).
