conclusion is that less damage is if driver use alcohol
16
you mean 1:1 , bore: stroke, it is the same as small bore: small stroke
11
zf is not best transmission in durability, it breaks very often particularly if you have heavy foot and shift all the time, it has very thinly clutch plates that wear very fast
8
not if you have gold colored wheels
4
same as in radial aircraft engines, before start must be rotated by hand to push out oil from lower cylinders through spark plug hole
3
yes, it is same as on radial engines but there oil falls on lower pistons and enters into combustion chamber, where can cause hydro lock, same can happen here if oil comes into combustion chamber inside of pistons
3
4:24 inject liquid lpg, it cools a lot
2
ok, i will keep my 300c 5.7 awd
2
a little downy face
2
you forgot that there is some loss when you drain current from battery, usually overal efficiency input/output is about 70-85% so if you take 100 from electrical grid in battery will be some 85 and when you drain it from battery you can get 72 if eficiency of charging and discharging is 85%
2
it is not oil leakage during operation it is oil drainage when engine is stoped and after 10 or more hours out of operation, oil would enter into combustion chamber, so before engine start up oil should be empted , that is procedure with aircraft radial piston engines, i am suprized all you do not know that
2
2% joke-rising moon has bigger impact on engine performances
2
it is clear that exhaust (stock)restrict flow and by this and power, but why it should make mpgs to go up
1
you are talking about new tires that are not worn and tires that are new and worn-because both tires are new ,performances on dry and warm is better for worn tires. If you tested new tires (not worn) and old tires that are worn you would noticed that old tires are always worse because compound is changed by time -rubber became solid. I had 25000km/6 years old worn toyo proxes and I slided around the street in dry conditions
1
a new hairdo?
1
ok for turbo engines but for n/a it shows that spark plug advance is not adjusted if it cracks, because on full throatle spark occurs before but not to far from tdc but if you release throatle spark should occurs far more before tdc but if not , if it stays as on full throatle then it cracks and fuel is never cut off immediately after gas pedal is released
1
some story never ends,
1
i have car that power/torque is late 2 seconds, pain in ass
1
too complicated
1
ha, ha
1
you are sure that no animal will cross street when you test speed
1
must be some modern way, for exampe some aplication on smartphone for zombie owners
1
never mind, you will save 2000$ on fuel/electricity
1
you mixed some facts, cats like lean mixture, hate rich mixture, because if is no oxigen, it can not works, must be lean to ensure oxigen to burn unburned fuel
1
you do not need grip of 1 because you need 0.7 =sin45-this is vertical component of weight
1
you are right, all video is ziped in your comment
1
What about crankshaft connecting rod bearings wear when it wears compresion falls down
1
how will they install it on EV(they late for 18years)
1
i suggested to konigseg to make car on lpg-it would overcome all problems you told in this video: if car has lpg it does not need cats and lpg has 104 octane numbers, so more boost can be used
1
Hello to everyone All you said is not black and white, it is grey-to explain I had car with carburator and LPG and I could cut off all fuels, and I used that options for for long downhill engine braking -it brakes some 20 percent more than I left to burn fuel on idle (in same gear)downhill, and temperature gone down for 5-10 deg C. I have car with fuel injection (automatic trans)and I can monitor mixture on display-when I brake, ECU sets how much fuel will go to engine to burn and it changes with many things-is applied brake or not, speed, in what gear is.. Engine braking is not for fuel saving, it is for brake saving from overheating and wearing, to be able to brake hard if is needed
1
One more thing for first case when went downhill with no fuel and braked with engine, difference between idle and full gas was negligible so there is no difference between compressing small and big amount of air, but because of vacuum inside cylinder , oil from piston rings could come to combustion chamber and is better to brake with engine on full gas and fuel cut off
1
why, man, your area is cars
1
what about free valve-they did not develop it enough to put it into car?
1
somebody discovered warm water?- this thing exist more than 50 years in aircraft industry
1
i put kn mushroom instead of flat filter 300c 5.7 and only noticable difference was in noise
1
2:10 it seams wrong, because petrol engines car revs faster than diesel engines so diesel does not combust faster
1
is not easier to reduce temperature on the end of compression stroke by more intercooling or use cold fuel or use of fuel that cools when vaporise
1
it would be better to instal lpg and use heat from compressed air to heat up lpg and by it air would be cooler
1
first notice is ok, but second and third are not. chrysler 300c 5.7 has 4 cylinder deactivation in driving condition with low load to save fuel because do not need 8 cylinders for low speed drive- they call it elastic spring-if it slows down or need extra power to rotate engine it would have no sense to deactivate 4 cylinders. it is same braking effect if compresses much of air or nothing in one case it need energy to compress air but when it expands it returns energy to engine, in other case it needs less energy to compress vacuum and it returns less energy in expansione stroke, ..žiš-ku ri-sta
1
to parilla you do not need it if you do not descent from mount everest. engine braking is not invented to make fuel saving, on idle engine consumes in one hour less than 20% of fuel that is consumed for flat road at 60mph it is here to save brakes from overheating when car goes on long down hill. what is the longest downhill you drove-10-20 minutes , so if you cut off fuel supply at all , you could save less than 1 liter of fuel-you spend more fuel to heat up engine to reach operating temperature-so it would be cheaper to have external heaters to heat engine to some 60 deg c before start the engine
1
i watched and asked myself-why- at the end -emission, because petrol uses all of oxigen so low nox, same thing can be done when lpg is added to diesel engine at middle to high load
1
to solve problem, use port injection and would not have to use this oil
1
3:20 use fuel with higher octane number-lpg, 104
1
Would it be easier to inject LPG in intake just behind of air filter in amount that mixture be below inflamable limit(lean mixture) and the rest of needed fuel( petrol or LPG) to be injected by regular fuel injectors. LPG when is expanded from liquit state to local pressure it cools very well. It could cool mixture more than 10-20 degrees.
1
heavy v8 is flywheel by itself
1
as on bicycle, on front 2/3 gears, on rear 6/7/8/9/10/11, nothing new but good optimisation of existing idea
1
do not skip oil change, i change it 1 times per year and it is about on 5-6000km and now on 202 000km chain is as new, engine is clean inside
1
yes but on low loads at 1300rpm, better walk
1
you surely did not hear that oil is not compressible as gas is
1
watch mustapic videos- he repairs auto transmision in germany, mostly in bee am double you-s(bmw) and he talk about situations what owners had in dealerships, and the 5 speed trans is same dimensions as 8/9 speed trans(is not a half a lenght of 8/9 speed) so something has to be thinner-clutch plates
