  1. you drive too fast on snow-imagine that car from opposite direction loses control( or is staying on road behind the corner) , could you stop on time-no, so , clear view distance must be at least 1.5 bigger than stopping distance for any speed(as you get closer to corner your speed has to get smaller because clear view is reducing)
