  2. Former Warsaw pact countries saw it as a first step towards EUmembership - clearly put, to live comfortable lives from EUmoney ! After more than 25 years all of them still do so, Poland as the by far largest recipient of EU (primarily German)- money. Same ambition of Ukraine...
