  8. How should it secure the country ? USA will never help Ukraine on the ground and without US direct intervention Ukraine is helpless. Only thing Ukraine can bring out of this mess is to declare itself to credible Neutrality-status. They could have safety with that, but they do not, prefer to be stupid... again !
