And it makes no sense when you see Russia so weak to collapse and at the same time say it could start a war again in 5 years. Russia does not want to be encircled at its southern border by NATOcountries and fearing it will loose its free access to the Black Sea, that is all the war is about. And that can be settled by negotiations !

  18.  @vksasdgaming9472  Putin made the proposal several times. His concrete proposal is to negotiate on the basis of the Istanbul-papers of March 2022. That would be even favourable for Ukraine.
