  1. EU is a supranational organisation and not a Federal State. Each member state has the right to put forward its opinion and be part of the decision process - if Commission likes it or not ....

  2. Quarrels within EU. Baltic States, Poland and Sweden think like Borrell. Others like Lux, Spain and Slovenia not ! F, Germany and Austria don't say it openly, but don't want to follow Borrell's boycott either...

  3. Euronews should report about the positions of member states. Outgoing Borrell is obviously disapointed, but more important is that work in EU goes on !
