@olenasvitla5965 It's Zelensky who forbids negotiations by Presidential decree! Therefore first step - lift this decree. Then normal procedure, work of diplomats to find bridgebuilders. Eg. China has already presented a paper as basis for negotiations. Putin proposed Istanbul papers as a basis, which would be favourably for Ukraine. USA must be involved, because they are the driving force behind this mess. - Just to put the same energy to a diplomatic solution as is put in war ! And I dare to say that Putin as well as Zelensky are interested in ending this war... Heroe is the one, who makes the first step !
