  30.  @joajoajoaquin  Putin several times talked concerning Ukraine about the Istanbul-papers. They were discussed intensively already in March 2022, but the West called Zelensky back from signing. Main points are Ukraine as buffer-state with Neutrality-status, means no US-militarybases on its ground. Putin has "no ideas" concerning the other states you mention, whatever your propaganda says, he will not invade them.
